Spring term 2 weeks 1-5 2022
We're undertaking our mini Spring topic. Thankfully we have been able to enjoy some sunny Spring weather on our signs of Spring hunts, we certainly weren't expecting the snow though!

Spring term 2 weeks 1-5 2022
We started back to school ready to Blast Off into space!!! We started the term looking at Baby Bear's attempt to travel to the moon in Whatever Next before moving on to look at stars with Space Tortoise.

Spring term 1 2022
The Owls and Robins were very excited to get back to school and learn all about Superheroes. We have loved learning about real-life superheroes such as doctors, nurses and dentists and other people who help us like firefighters and the police. We've also been learning about superheroes in stories such as Zippo the Super Hippo who taught us everyone can be a superhero. We also had lots of mysterious goings on when The Evil Pea played lots of tricks like trapping the fruit and vegetables and sending us challenges. Luckily the superhero Supertatos that we designed and made helped to save us from trouble!

Autumn term 2021
We had such a super start to the term getting to know each other and our school through our first topic Marvellous Me, Marvellous You. We spent lots of time outdoors exploring and discovering the changes of Autumn in the wildlife garden and playing and learning in our playground. Indoors the children loved learning new stories like Pete the Cat, The Gruffalo and Going on a Bear Hunt. One of our highlights was having our own bear hunt in the wildlife garden with our own teddies :-)
Our next topic was all about transport. We learned all about cars, buses, transport that files and transport that floats. The children loved our bus role play and making lots of their own transport models and pictures.
We finished 2021 with our recording of the Nativity which was absolutely fantastic, well done Owls and Robins!!!
